Greg Gullberg is working towards a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership at the University of Oklahoma. He is building on ten years of experience in Broadcast Media and Public / Media Relations.
Greg Gullberg was an Anchor / Reporter for the top rated television news station in the Johnson City, Tennessee market. He broke countless big stories using sources he cultivated in the community. As a prominent public figure, he was featured in numerous community events.
Before that, Greg Gullberg spent a year as a Communications Manager for a Film & Television studio in Georgia where he handled Public / Media Relations. His primary responsibilities were promoting positive news coverage and mitigating negative publicity. He also served as the primary liaison to local community and business leaders.
Additionally, Greg Gullberg has been a Reporter in states including Florida & Georgia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, where he majored in Broadcast Journalism and minored in International Studies with an emphasis on the Middle East.
While in college, Greg Gullberg was competitively selected for a paid internship at CNN World Headquarters in Atlanta, Ga. He served as the primary liaison to WSB-FM for the Clark Howard Show. He acted as lead Photographer on a promo shoot for CNN’s “Sanjay Gupta M.D.” He did some limited voiceover work for an Elizabeth Cohen CNN Special Report. Greg Gullberg was also competitively selected to be a Main Anchor for the intern run student newscast.
Greg Gullberg started his broadcast career as a radio DJ in St. Louis, Missouri, a major media market. He hosted his own four hour radio show every Thursday during afternoon drive time on 89.5 The Wave.
